Pharrell Williams was recognized at the CDFA as being the Fashion Icon of the year by truly showing his own style when it comes to piecing together different fashion elements from all the way to high fashion to street fashion as well. I'm very happy that Williams was recognized for his sense of style when came to eccentric hats, suit jackets that were paired with shorts, and his signature Adidas sneakers that he has recently created with the Adidas team. Pharrell in general is the most influential and creative individual in the music industry and also in the fashion industry as well. In a recent interview he actually expressed that he gets his sense of style every day from people all of the world. The construction of clothing from others intrigues him due to how other individuals' incorporate certain materials in their daily attire. This award was long over due for the musician/producer and I'm so stoked that he was finally getting recognition in the fashion industry.
