Beach Bum

You know what I'm really craving for right now? Yep, that's right; you guessed it! THE BEACH. My family and I haven't been on our crazy vacations due to our busy lives which is good and bad. Do you guys know the feeling when you go to a place; a peaceful place to be exact and you set aside all your problems that your facing at that exact moment. You feel empty inside and you start be refueled with energy that hasn't been in you since you were a kid. You start to dream again and think about things that you haven't had the chance to think about at all. You begin to imagine the impossible and you start realize that the impossible is actually possible. Tongue twister right? Every single day of your vacation; you see the sunrise and sunset and you realize that this...this right here is real life. Real life that you should be living. You wish that life could be this easy. Traveling without any worries. No more self doubt. No more settling for less. You begin to think you can do anything and be anything that you want. Feelings start to circulate again. You forget that you actually have feelings that you are constantly hiding behind the smile you carry everyday. Everything that you wanted to do, think about and dream about come rushing through. It hits you. It makes you realize that life is too short to be living in a bottle and floating your way into a waterfall that wasn't the ideal waterfall to begin with. That's how I feel when I go on vacation. I think about every little detail.

California Dreaming

I've always had a passion on moving into the big apple (New York) but I've always had a passion on going to college in Cali. For those of you that don't know, I'm officially a senior in high school (woohoo) but in reality I'm actually pretty nervous. You want to know why; you never know what life brings to you. I just want to live life until the fullest. I'm debating on going to college in New York or Cali but I've realized LA is also a fashion capital in our country as well. It's just really hard due to the fact that I'll be far away but for a good reason. I love exploring the world and finding new opportunities within the fashion industry. Life has full of surprises but in order to go after your goals and dreams you have to pull the plug and get out of your comfort zone. So that's what I'm doing... Going far... Far... Away. Why wouldn't you go far? I would absolutely be miserable staying in the same area that wouldn't benefit me from much. I think Cali is the best place for now and then I could gradually move toward New York. Risk taking is the key to success. If I have to be a bum with no money so be it (lol all jokes but hey you never know lol). Going after my goals is my number one priority.
