New York Fashion Week has Found a New Home!

Sadly, New York Fashion Week has been banned out of the Lincoln Center during December of 2014 when the Supreme Court of New York establish that they could not renew the lease for the famous week long festivities. According to other sources, NYFW apparently violated its uses as a public park which did not go well with the NYC Park Advocates. The advocates filed a complaint claiming that the park (Damrosch) was not fairly available to the public at all due to some of the spaces were closed for the shows.

So now after months of searching for a new location for designers to showcase their latest collections, the Septembers 2016 shows will be taking place at Skylight at Moynihan Station located on 360 West 33rd Street near Station and Skylight Clarkson Square that is located on 550 Washington Street in Soho. With these multiple locations it will make bloggers, buyers, and editors take a hike uptown to downtown during the week. I hope everything will go smoothly when the shows take place during September 10 through the 17th.
